What I Do

My specialty is helping women get through natural, unmedicated, vaginal childbirth, whenever possible. I prefer to join my clients at home once labor starts, helping with comfort measures and providing emotional and psychological support.


Laboring at home for as long as possible allows mothers to feel safe and comfortable, which, in turn, increases oxytocin levels naturally, often resulting in a shorter duration of labor.

I encourage moms to relax, breathe and let go, and to allow their primal mothering instincts to kick in. You know exactly what to do and I trust and believe in your body's ability to give birth.


Please Note: I am currently only supporting mothers through out-of-hospital birth.

Birth Doula Fee: $1000

My fee includes 6 visits plus the birth (from beginning to end). One of those visits includes a post-partum vaginal steam. I can also accompany you on a hospital tour if you wish. Fifty percent of the birth fee is payable up front order to retain my services. Alternatively, given enough time in advance, the fee can be paid in four installments. Postpartum Rate:

$100 per hour – due at time appointment is scheduled. Postpartum service is included in the birth doula rate
